Our state-of-the-art production standard is strictly operating according to quality and security norms as DIN ISO EN 9001:2015. This enables us to issue a guarantee period of 24 months for all TOELLNER products. Furthermore our products comply with the security regulation according to VDE 0411 respective IEC 348. Certainly all products are CE-marked.

After the return of an instrument within warranty or for repair we will do our very best to repair the instrument within a short processing time.

For repair orders we always provide a cost estimation after a first inspection. In case you do not agree to the repair we will have to charge a fee for handling and checking plus freight and packing.
 

How to proceed with a repair order or a warranty check

Please wrap the instrument secured for transport, preferably in its original packaging and add a detailed failure description. Your contact details are also very important.
